You've verified that Outlook is configured to use integrated authentication?

It seems that one use is STILL prompted to log in when opening Outlook 2003. I can't figure out why that's happening. All other users APPARENTLY are not having any problems. Single server that was installed about a month ago. The two people having the problem have profiles created today. I've determined that those two CAN open existing items in the other mailboxes and reply to them (as the other user) without issue.
