Check the formatting bar style box it probably is set to Paragraph instead of Normal which seems to be the default for stationary.

It automatically formats it with double spacing on each carriage return. It matters not if it is Outlook doing the editing or if it is Word 2003 doing the editing. I have searched MS and the net and find a few people with the same problem but no solutions. Any ideas? _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=&lang= english To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
