Check the formatting bar style box it probably is set to Paragraph instead
of Normal which seems to be the default for stationary.

Got it. So FYI:

If the Luser adds a stationary to their nifty HTML messages they have to
hit shift enter to avoid the extra line.

Subject: Otish Outlook 2003 line spacing

New email message in Outlook 2003, HTML.

It automatically formats it with double spacing on each carriage return.
It matters not if it is Outlook doing the editing or if it is Word 2003
doing the editing. I have searched MS and the net and find a few people
with the same problem but no solutions. Any ideas?
