Do you have a test lab and a restore server for your 5.5 implementation? If so, do a restore of your last backup to your test lab, then do a testlab migration to E2K3. You can then time the mailbox moves. It's also a good idea, IMO, to perform the migration/mailbox moves in a testlab to remove the element of surprise. I've done it twice now in my test lab and am ready to pull the trigger. If I had done it in production the first time, it would have been ugly. Once suggestion; on your E2K3 server, unless you have at least twice the disk space on your log file drive that your 5.5 store currently takes up, make sure circular logging is turned off and you restart the stores before doing the mailbox moves. Filling log drives during a migration is no fun. Doing a test migration will no doubt find similar gotchas in your own environment...
