I need so help looking for a way to recover a e-mail from last year(2003). One employee ask me if we could recover a e-mail in his inbox from the 2003 year. If I have a complete year end backup of the information store. How can I search the information store in one employee mailbox? They are running Arcserve to backup the information store.
