Has anyone seen this before? It happened some time back with an old form that's no longer used and it got put onto the back burner.. now I want to delete the form, except it doesn't show up in any of the form management boxes in Outlook (2000 or XP).
It's only there when I do file/new/choose form and choose the organization library, and when I select it it comes up with the error in the subject of this message.. and of course the form does not load. If I publish another form with the same name/class all that happens is that I see two in the new/choose form dialog, and in the form management interface I see the later one, and can delete it.
