Subject: Mail being copied to winnt\temp

Ex2k on W2k all patched. I noticed that every Saturday between 1am and 7am a random
number of mail messages from random (that I can tell) mailboxes get copied (the
original is still in the original mailbox) to the winnt\temp folder on the server.
The messages aren't necessarily recent with some originating from us going out and
others from outside coming in. I have no processes (AV, auto-update etc.) starting at
that time that I can find. With a fairly vanilla install of ex2k, is there any
process that would routinely start during that time frame that could cause this? The
event logs show nothing happening at that time.
