This should be simple but for some reason I cannot figure it out. I enabled IMAP functionality for the first time under exchange 2003. However I am unable to authenticate. Would KB 272492 apply in this case or am I just doing something. I am attempting to log in using the following method DOMAIN\USER\ALIAS.
