We are running exchange 5.5 Sp3 and we have a number of Outlook 2003 users.
All OL2003 users started getting a sync error...
(Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004010F) : 'The
operation failed. An object could not be found.').

Even after deleting the .OST file and restarting then letting it rebuild the
.OST file we get the error again.

Normal exchange access without syncronizing is working without issue.

Has anyone seen this before, any help is greatly appreciated.
