Does anyone know a way to set a flag for e-mail sent to addresses outside the continental US? I am looking for some kind of alert to run when a user sends mail to an address that isn't inside the US (i.e. for export compliance purposes). Can't think of anyway to do it besides manually keeping a list of known foreign e-mail addresses and building from there. An administration nightmare!
