With segmentation, you can disable or enable general pf access from OWA,
however I do not believe you can selectivelty choose individual public
folders.

Subject: Hide public folder from OWA

Is there any easy way to hide/deny access to a particular public folder from
OWA? I want to store some semi-sensitive data in a public folder, and there
is no need to see this data from OWA. Given users track record of logging
off OWA, I'd like to take care of this problem at the source.

Thanks,
Erick
