Hi We have exchange 2000 installed on a windows 2k server domain. Everything was working fine. A few days ago a user had a problem with opening attachements. He can easily open the attachments when preview pane is enabled in the outlook. But when it is not double clicking the email gives error that it can't find the attachment. Now there is another user with exactly the same problem. Anyone has any idea what is going on? Thx.
Another problem is A user is experiencing a sudden problem that he can't attach files to the email. Outlook just doesn't allow to do that. It was working fine previously. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated regarding these problems.
