It set at the default value MaxInbound=30 MaxOutbound=20 Max Single Host=10 and Max Messages=8. Should I change those value?

Server 1 WindowsNT sp4 Exchange5.5 Server 2 Windows2000sp4 GFI MailSecurity/MailEssentials It has been working fine for three month and now some e-mail are being queue on server 2. I check the Event Viewer and I got a lots of ID 4000 warning. I also did some test using my yahoo account. In server 1, when I set Internet Mail Service -> Connections-> Message Delivery to Use domain name system the yahoo e-mail work but when I Forward all message to host (Server 2) the e-mail is put in the queue. Any recommendations is helpful.
