(E2K3ENT) ran Forestprep ran DomainPrep ran Setup, went through without any errors rebooted, didn't get any shortcuts on start menu went to c:\prog\exchsvr ran System Manager tells me snap-in couldn't be initialized, anyone ever seen this?
