This is similar to what I did under Ex2K. With really problem PFs this still didn't work, and I would complete remove the replica from one server, and then readd it later. It's time consuming and exacting and not a lot of fun, and there is no guarantee that once it gets in sync, that it will stay in sync.

Exporting PF info (from ESM) from Source and Target into Excel I'd sort to find out which ones worked, which ones didn't. We have extensive public folders and were never successful in complete replication. We ended up removing all but necessary folders from replication.
