Sorry for replying to my own post here, but, out of curiosity as much as
anything else I ran isinteg on the store of one of our remote 5.5 servers at
the weekend.

The box isn't anything special spec-wise, the store is approx 6gb, 35
mailboxes ranging from 2mb to 950mb with varying messages/attachments.

Ran three passes, few fixes were logged, 1 warning no errors and it took
approx 5min total per run.
