I recently installed service pack 1 for office 2003 (just recently released). This update DID NOT fix a problem I have with Outlook 2003 and our exchange 5.5 server. The problem is the global address list will work correctly for a few hours and display all the separate containers. After some period of running, it will start to show the offline version of the address book which has everything glommed into one folder. This is a pain because our local address list (the default) has about 300 users vs the global list of thousands and thousands and thousands of addresses. To "fix" it I have to exit outlook and start it right back up. I am NOT using the "offline" mode in Outlook 2003.
If anyone know of a fix for this problem please let me know (other than upgrading our ancient exchange server).
