I had a lot of trouble with convincing some of my fellow employees that their desktop WAS NOT sending out viruses. I just kept explaining that the messages were spoofed and to just ignore them.
That is, until I added the current email footer. Now I simply explain to everyone that all email leaving my company will have this footer. I wonder if there is some other way to send email outside of my company. I've already disabled the ability for independent SMTP servers (which I believe is imbedded in some newer worms). Stupid idiots! There should be public hangings for those caught creating this crap!
