You can either search through the tracking logs for that message ID and find out:
1) who it came from 2) who it was sent to 3) when Then go find it in the users mailbox (let them know you are doing it or there may be issues) Alternatively you can search for it using the Message Tracking Center in ESM. Then do the same as lined out above. Regards. I have one user that has an error code (0x50b) that the event log identifies as being associated with a specific Message ID. How do I find that specific message in the User's mailbox store and delete it? I think that would resolve my problem. Everyone's help is greatly appreciated. Sympathy is okay too, but I am up to "here" with that. =8-) David -- Techpro Networks, LLC Anchorage Alaska 907.229.3370 _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=&lang =english To unsubscribe send a blank email to %%email.unsub%% Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
