Jim, It would be money better spent imho to get a static ip. Is there any specific reason that you don't do that? My ISP was set up to hold mail if our EX server went down, but I found that the messages they held would sometimes take 2 weeks to show up. We missed some important stuff that way. Its better to let it generate an NDR. That way the sender knows there is a problem, and doesn't assume their messagew got through. I would talk directly to your ISP, since you already have an association with them maybe they can work with you. Rachel
