I've gone through all the KB and set up SSL for the OWA password change options. It was working last week, but now it asks you to authenticate and does not accept ANY user id/password. It asks for your password 3 times and then returns the following error:
You are not authorized to view this page The URL you attempted to reach has an ISAPI or CGI application installed that verifies user credentials before proceeding. This application cannot verify your credentials. ----------------------------------------------------------- --------------------- Please try the following: Contact the Web site administrator if you believe you should be able to view this directory or page. Click the Refresh button to try again with different credentials. HTTP Error 401.5 - Unauthorized: Authorization failed by an ISAPI/CGI application. Internet Information Services (IIS) Again - this was working. I've re-checked all the settings per KB but cannot rid myself of this error. Anyone have a suggestion on what else to look at? I've checked the SSL settings, ISAPI Filters, Perms on sys32 & IIS. We have an outside consulting company who plays with our server periodically without telling us and may have made a change we don't know about yet. (I'm trying to get rid of them!) I believe we've got Exch '03 w/o sp1.
