Yeah, I was just looking into that as an option. I need for some users to be able to reply, forward, etc and not others. So what I think I will do is create a PF, and have a script on the mailbox change the type to the custom form, and then forward the message to the Public folder, then I will remove extra users from actual mailbox, and assign them "read" on PF. When they go into PF they can view the messages but will not be able to reply, forward etc.
Unless there is a better/easier way... -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Chris Scharff Sent: Tuesday, August 24, 2004 3:26 PM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: RE: Public folders permissions and publishing You could publish a form to be used on that folder which removes those buttons, but that doesn't stop users from copying and pasting the data. > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:bounce- > [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of April Fleming > Posted At: Tuesday, August 24, 2004 10:18 AM Posted To: swynk > Conversation: Public folders permissions and publishing > Subject: Public folders permissions and publishing > > Exchange 5.5 > > Is it possible to restrict users of either a mailbox or public folder from > replying or forwarding emails in the mailbox or folder?
