If they say you are spamming demand proof, if you really are they'll be able
to produce proof simply enough.

You shouldn't have to convince them that you aren't, the old "when did you
last beat your wife" question springs to mind.

I presume you're on a leased line or something "permanent", not ADSL/Cable
or something with a dynamic IP?

I've used Xwall and Postfix in front of Exchange, I'm sure Exchange is
secure enough but I have to say the level of configuration and logging these
two offer is streets ahead.. might be worth a look?

When all is said and done Chris is right, if your ISP is that stupid you
need a new ISP.
