Thanks to both of the responders. This was the fix. I'm now looking into our accounts that are being created, and have noticed that the "Read" and "Full Control" rights are being assigned to new boxes, but not the "Associated External Account" permission assigned to SELF. Should that be assigned?
If so could it be due to running in Mixed Mode (2000/5.5) that this right isn't being assigned automatically?
