Actually, I have...

If the Exchange server fails to contact the rest of the domain (GC, DC,
etc) the snapin fails to initialize - at least this is what happened to
me (yes, I know I had much bigger issues than the snap failing to
start...).

I just finished installing E2K3 on W2K3 server, hotfix 831464 and SP1,
and for some reason now the snapin fails to initialize for the ESM. This
is in a test enviroment so I have done this istall several times without
any isues until now. Anyone seen this behavior before?  I've done the
usual searches in MS & google to no avail. TIA.
