Is this Exchange 2000 or 2003? The reason I ask is because on 2000 with in place upgrade we saw this sometime with the database path pointing to a location where there actually is no srs.edb. Also, I would ask you if this is a mixed mode environment (with 5.5 server) and you have need for the SRS. This event tells us that we could start the SRS but couldn't mount the database. You will need to restore the SRS from an online backup or create an SRS on another server and then delete this one. Hope that this helps you, Gerod
