Personally, I can't see how this would make a difference, but I may be
missing what you are referring to.  Have you tried OMA and seeing if that
worked for them?  If that was successful, then you could move up to the
Basic Experience instead of the Rich Experience and see if they see any
difference.  Let us know if you figure this one out...

I have some users who are trying to use OWA through their dial-up
connections at home. They are connecting at 28.8. They do not have a DSL
or Cable option.

They say they log in successfully and then they just get a blank screen.

I told them their connection is bad and they may just want to do pop3
(with the "leave the mail on server" option)

Does this sound right or is there something I am missing ? Will FBA help
resolve this ?
