Has she tried logging using domaina\user for her username? Has she tried logging in to OWA for her personal mailbox and then (since she has permissions for the other mailbox) just replace the user1 for user2 in the login URL (i.e. http://mail/exchange/user1 to http://mail/exchange/user2 .. That should open up the mailbox as well ...
