Do you have any Outlook 2003 users? Even one? Have you installed the appropriate patches for Outlook 2003 users?

I created a performance monitor job to reset the inetinfo.exe process when the process reaches 30 percent. My problem is that it is locking up before hand. I have added additional process threads to try and handle more connections but it doesn't help any. I run the OWA and IIS on the same server that Exchange 5.5 runs on. There are very small amounts of Outlook Clients connecting to it. The server has two 700 Mhz Intel Processors and 1GB of RAM. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
