We have an outside vender that sends SMTP mail into our organization. It is sent in a fashion such as this: From: Jack and John [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] The problem is that Mary.User is a mailbox in our GAL, so when clients receive the email, it looks like this: From: User, Mary I have been told that there is a way to keep inbound SMTP may from resolving this way. I've been administerting Exchange 5.5 for quite a few years and have never had to change the way SMTP emails resolve, so if there is a setting for this, I'm not aware of it. Technet didn't turn up anything new. Am I missing something somewhere?
