Hmmm...public folder sounds good. This is just to inform her that the
website has changes and needs to be updated. I THINK it's an automated
email so there would be no point in replying.

You can create a disabled mailbox enabled user, but yes it has changed
since 5.5. You could also create a PF.

Depends on the needs of the organization I suppose. Is she going to need
