To all, Running the "Consistency Adjuster" worked. Thanks Andrey. After running it for just the mailbox's and not removing unknown users account's or running it against the Public folders it brought back the users mailbox in the directory and I let them propagate to the other server's directory and then I deleted the mailbox's and made sure the deleted mailbox's were prorogated to the other servers directory, so thanks again...Now I have 6 other servers I have to do this on and our Maint. Window is 4am to 5:30 am, I hate getting up at o dark thirty.... So now the question is what caused this....could it be that our help desk is not doing the deletion from the server that the mailbox is on?....
