Go grab the .csv file and follow the prompts to tell it whether or not it is a comma-seperated or tab-seperated file. Once you're done, save it as a .csv file again. I imported her address book, ( from Eudora to outlook express , exported from OE to a CSV, imported CSV to OUTLOOK 03) and about the first 40 or so names came in perfectly, the remaining 511 contacts ,for some reason , decided to stick a comma(,) between the names, it then decided to "file -as" last, first. I need to "file-as" first, last.
