First, I forgot the simple thing to do. Hit a command prompt on the
server and flush your dns cache. Maybe something stuck in there.

5.5 uses the Windows settings for DNS lookups. So add your ISP to the
properties for your network connection. I had this at old job and that
fixed it for us. There is something odd about how windows looks up mx
records. I have never been able to get an exact handle on it.
