I've actually got two dl/320's that do exactly that (well, not work -
I've not gotten a blue-screen from it). I've written a script to disable
and enable the interfaces 10 minutes after bootup.

The pipelining issue can happen on DL's as well. I install that registry
change on all my servers now - I've experienced it on DL/320's,
DL/360's, and DL/380's; as well as Dell servers - but only when I create
an SMTP connector to another Exchange server. Weirdness.
