Pipelining issue? Explain? link? I got a DL380 that likes to bluescreen 20 mins after boot, second boot its AOK

I install that registry change on all my servers now - I've experienced it on DL/320's, DL/360's, and DL/380's; as well as Dell servers - but only when I create an SMTP connector to another Exchange server.
