I saw it yesterday for the very first time, on someone else workstation. They use the Terminal Services MMC, instead of the Remote Desktop application. I think it's a bug in that MMC.

Terminal Services is also OK for a while, but then I get the disappearing cursor problem after a few minutes, and I have to basically do the same thing - shut down Terminal Services and start it up again, *sigh*. I guess I just need to suck it up and deal, until somebody fixes either problem!
