I had a customer who experienced the same behavior because of Sybari Antigen.

I've used 3 different versions of Antigen and have loved them all, it's a very well put together product. When I used Antigen I did not use it in AVAPI mode, I used the ESE mode, never had any problems. I suspect some of the problems that other products have may be related more to AVAPI than the product itself.
