With Exchange 5.5 we could use Outlook's From option to send a message from a DL that we owned and choose "Read Receipt" option and receive those receipts.
Since upgrading to Exchange 2000 we have lost that functionality. We can still send from a DL and select the option for Read Receipts, but we never get them.
