On number 1 they should be able to Click File Open other user's folder
to view it. If you use Outlook 2003 you can a add it to the "Calendars"
Navigation Pane as a "Shared" calendar and it will show up there until
it is removed.

On number 2 make sure that you have not enabled SSL on the exchweb
virtual folder and that only "Anonymous" authentication is checked on
that virtual as well.

Subject: 2 questions on resource sharing (calendar) and OWA logoff

Coupla questions that are puzzling me:

1) I've created a meeting room resource mailbox as shown on
slipstick. Is there any way of creating this as a public folder and/ or
automatically getting it visble to users or do I have to send
instructions on how to add the account etc. I'd like them to be able to
view the calendar as if it was a public folder calendar.

2) OWA: My logoff screen no longer seems to be available when
using OWA - getting a 404 file not found. This is either using it on
our LAN (localhost name or IP) or or on a WAN (fqdn). My installed
locales are UK and US. The exchweb/bin/USA/logoff.asp page is present
on the system. ALso, nothing seems to be amiss with IIS and no events
either. Any ideas why this could be happening? Done a google and oufnd
a simialr problem but unsfortunately no resoliution. KB 247936 is not
relevant

thanks
