Every time , before and after a trip "can you copy my Eudora folder to my laptop" then on return "can you copy my folder from my laptop back to Eudora" and it would be nice if each had there own laptop , but then they start to play swap and switch. And the fun really begins.
My predecessor got them used to it so....
