Exchange 2003 server is running SP1. There is only one mailbox manager recipient policy with one filter setup which is selected to "Users with Exchange mailboxes". It runs every night. It works and deletes messages. But, it seems everyone claimed that they received 6 mailbox manager reports instead of only one report. Please help.
