As Ed said, real support isn't provided for RK Tools.

That being said, if you aren't happy with the support you receive - ask
for that person's manager and complain. Be reasonable about it, but
complain. They'll either get you the support you need or they'll refund
your money.

Excuse the cross-post but I am curious to know if MS out-sourced there
support as well.

As most of you are aware I am having issues with my rpc over http
(specifically the ENDPOINT mapping) see below

So I broke down and called MS

So after 3 hours with Overseas support and all they did was verify my
configuration. And said "it looks right" I had them test from outside no
issues connecting.

But I still get this error using rpcdump, so I expressed to them that I
paid
245 to resolve this issue , and they are saying "well the  rpc over http
is working" But I'm ready to put in a dispute with amex till this gets
resolved I should not get  0 registered endpoints.

Now the other issue was the email address it came from

Nxxxxx Yxxxxx (Intl Vendor) [EMAIL PROTECTED] (I didn't want to
expose names so I changed the letter to x)

But WTF is Intl Vendor????   Is this MS???
