As Ed said, real support isn't provided for RK Tools. That being said, if you aren't happy with the support you receive - ask for that person's manager and complain. Be reasonable about it, but complain. They'll either get you the support you need or they'll refund your money.

Now the other issue was the email address it came from Nxxxxx Yxxxxx (Intl Vendor) [EMAIL PROTECTED] (I didn't want to expose names so I changed the letter to x) But WTF is Intl Vendor????
