The answer to your question for e2k3 is yes, add the .org to the default recipient policy. Point the .org mx record to the exchange server. For the exch 5.5 servers you would need to go in on a user by user basis and add [EMAIL PROTECTED] to the user1 5.5 mailbox properties and set it as the default SMTP address for that user
