I ended up creating a mailbox for our Canon e-copy stuff to authenticate correctly.

We just had a new Minolta 7200 copier/scanner installed, and one of the things it does is scan a file directly to the user's Exchange mailbox, on our E2K3/W2K3 server - basically it just e-mails the user with the file. Only problem is, the scanner module has no ability to authenticate to the Exchange box. Is there a way I can create a hole in the authentication scheme for this internal address?
