I have a Canon IR7200 and a IR5000 here that has the same feature. The only thing I had to do to get it to work was, under email settings point the copier to your email server and give it an email address. A qeustion that I have is, is are all the servers on your network Windows 2003 and if so do you have the digitally sign communications disabled in the default domain policy. I was unable to get my Canons to work until I disabled that setting.
