Ed, I don't have any third-party apps running at all. I do have NAV and NAVMSE installed, but the NAV service is not running due to it's inability to honor Exchange exclusions.
I have been doing some mailbox cleanup on one virtually unused store on the server; however, it's not the store that is exhibiting the problem. I've now rebooted the mail server, with no success.
