What client? What protocol? What version of Exchange are they using? Is
the other person on your e-mail system or outside? What is your Exchange
topology?

Subject: Error when sending internal email

Hi all,

Some of my users are getting this error when sending email to another
person.

"The message could not be delivered because the recipient's destination
email system is unknown or invalid. Please check the address and try again,
or contact your system administrator to verify connectivity to the email
system of the recipient."

What could be the cause of the, the global catalog server. When the users
log off and then back on it seems to be fine.

Please help
Thanks
