There is no error message it just does nothing. I have scoured the knowledgebase and the internet and come up empty handed. I have created a new profile and even went so far as to rename the outcmd.dat,extend.dat and frmcache.dat files and let OL recreate them (per ms kb article on related issue) but to no avial. Anyone seen this before? Thanks.
