Recreate the mailbox and exmerge everything back in?

I did just find out that she can create new appointments through OWA, and
they do show up in her Outlook calendar.  How very odd.

I  have.  It was cause by a palm with outdated palm software.  Sorry if this

I have not had any problems since moving users to the new exchange 5.5
server, EXCEPT FOR ONE, one user using Outlook 2003 cannot create or edit
appointments in the calendar since the move, other OL 2003 users can.  There
is no error message it just does nothing.  I have scoured the knowledgebase
and the internet and come up empty handed.  I have created a new profile and
even went so far as to rename the outcmd.dat,extend.dat and frmcache.dat
files and let OL recreate them (per ms kb article on related issue) but to
no avial. 

Anyone seen this before?
