You can also click Tools Resend (turn on the "From" view) remove their name from the "From" field and send it to whoever. This will maintain the headers as well.

Technically I think it is Outlook that is doing that. Only thing that has worked for me is to either cut and paste the headers in the fowarded message or start a new message and drag and drop the message you want to 'forward' into the new message and send it.
