We've had to rebuild it several times because of strange issues (notifications not going out, users gettign database errors, etc), and we finally tracked down a serious bug that causes it to wipe it's config information so that it no longer accepts connections, and other issues. Also, when we try and get support for this we have to call ironport and give them the details of the [roblem, and they call symantec to work out the issues, we can't call symantec directly. when we have dealt with symantec's support directly they've been less than enthusiastic on dealing with our problems in a timely manner.
