Here is the kicker...it is only happening on some meeting requests not all meeting requests. I am still tracking down all the details but I do know that I can send a meeting request to 2 of the effected users and both the admin and the user receive it. However, certain users cannot send (repeatable) to the same Exec/Admin combo.
I will try that KB article anyway, - Matt -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Kennedy, Jim Sent: Wednesday, November 17, 2004 11:57 AM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: RE: Exchange 2003 Meeting Request problem I know one! User B is getting the meeting request, but it is being processed and deleted instantly. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=281524 While the above article does not answer your question directly it shows where the setting is to turn off automatically process meeting requests. Turn it off on both User B and the delegates.
